Creating Communication Boards Tutorial Step 2 – Organizing Your Images

The simplest way to organize your images and symbols is to create a new folder in your ‘C’ drive, let’s say ‘AngelsImages’. Then for each category, create a sub folder. For example:
AngelsImages BodyPartsFoodToys, etc.Move your images to an appropriate folder. This makes locating the images faster and simpler. Just a reminder, that if your images are high resolution, you should resize them to a lower resolution. The software that you use to create the communication books, schedules, etc. will work better with images with a lower resolution. Your computer may not have enough memory to handle a communication page with 40 high resolution images.
